AWAKE!

i walked down the road less travelled
down the road i'd forgotten
tranquility draws me in
and flowers line its path

to the left or to the right
which is which, and which is not?
catching glimpses in my mind
i came out of the path just right 

the cool wind blows and stirs the trees
bringing the petals round and round
chugachuga, the bus chugs to a stop
but the wind continues to blow

petals dance round and round
a massive veil it forms
a veil from what is and what is to come?
perhaps it's better not to know

long pea pods hanging o'er the tree
and leaves fall in the green yonder
the cat meows and wonders why
this girl would not bid it to enter 

so distraught, i'm venting my frustrations on all possible social media that i know of.

why can't i cry over the internet?

lightning strikes, and the thunder resounds,
pulling me out of my sweet dreams.

pitter patter pitter patter
the sound of rain thumping on the roofs of cars
like a percussion band

whoosh, the wind calls out
and the curtains respond by dancing around with the wind.

the air turns cold,
and i curl up tighter under my blanket
entering another round of sweet dreams.

i slipped into the land of nothingness
no light, no sound, no feeling
just a numbing sensation that engulfs the body
no thoughts, no sight.

i fell into the land of nothingness
and felt absolutely peaceful there
restful, no worries
just a whirling numbness of the mind

i delved into the land of nothingness
but perhaps not so 'nothing' after all.
as colors and pictures permeate
my dark and nothingness world

the sun sets
the golden hues wispy around the clouds
and the waters serene and peaceful.

forget about the noise of the cars 
the sounds of the city
of rushed footsteps
of unsmiling faces

right now
in this moment
it's just the gentle breeze
and the serenity of the waters
and the setting sun casting golden hues
upon the earth

like the clouds go where the winds blow
and disappear as the weather commands
so does the leaf that falls
at the mercy of the weather
of fate that calls it to fall

to the ground or further away
it does not know
all it knows is
it traces the path of the winds of life
and it is beautiful to behold

come on! 화이팅!!!
find back that spark girl! there must be more than this you can give!

It's my 11th day in Korea already. So fast!!!

And I looked through the photos that I posted, and realised that I take really lousy photos. Emo ttm! =(((
Either that or Seoul has no nice sceneries for me to take. hmpt. ok, maybe i just don't look good in photos. sigh.

And i'm spending less money this  week. which is good. or else i would be freaking out like last week, and it's not a good feeling.
Shall resume shopping spree in the last week of July, after summer school ends. It's been really nice here in Korea though.
Lots of nice places to shop, nice street food to eat, nice weather. (the nice cool air, NOT the rain...)

I would really want a pair of rain boots though. my shoes keep getting wet, and i have to walk around the whole day with wet soggy socks. =(

And I have to go back to places to see the night scenes. I haven't seen or taken pictures of night scenes yet. those should come out with prettier photos i hope. ^^

Twin, is a rally maniac.
going to rallies, rain or shine
with good ankle or bad.

I on the other hand,
am a lazy pig
unwilling to go
to crowded places.

is it wrong to not be interested in the ge?
i mean.. i can't even vote.. right?

but..
i'm thinking, the atmosphere would probably be awesome at rallies.
oh well, maybe next time. when i'm feeling less stressed over upcoming exams.

oh wait, will the next ge be during my exams??

oh right. i would have graduated already. O.o
